Our Innovation & Design Team is led by industry-veteran Chef Joe Chiovera and boasts a growing roster of talent from top culinary & food science programs.
We work closely with customers to create custom products in our two, on-site test kitchens. Our team benefits from a love of great food and a commitment to excellence as well as a wealth of results-oriented experience.
With a focus on trend-forward cuisine and healthier consumer eating habits, we are able to provide sourcing and product development with a natural focus; we can also produce certified organic & gluten free products.
