Buddy's Kitchen started in 1974 when our founder, Nils "Buddy" Eian set out to make a better airline meal. He created the delicious, handmade omelet that remains a signature Buddy's product to this day.

42 years and 100,000,000+ omelets later, Buddy's Kitchen has grown into a trend-forward culinary innovator and best in class custom co-packer. 

Buddy's Culinary Innovation & Design Team, led by industry veteran Chef Joe Chiovera, boasts a growing roster of talent from some of the country's best culinary and food science programs.
