At Buddy’s Kitchen, our commitment to food safety & quality is paramount. We are committed to setting the industry standard for food safety and quality and have invested heavily in processes, staff, training, testing, chemistry and third-party consulting services to ensure that we deliver on that promise.

This ‘above-and-beyond’ approach to food safety starts at the top. Buddy's CEO, Dave Smith, and Vice President of Food Safety, Tom Webber, are actively engaged in SQF processes, industry peer groups, and educational outreach. Tom Webber frequently provides SQF consulting to peers in the industry and is also a Lead Instructor for Preventive Controls.
